In the article specific features of ruminal digestion of carbohydrates (cruder fibers) in the rumen of bull calves of Black Spotted breed at the age of 6,7,8-month are described. The ruminopepsia is characterised with carbohydrates digestion by means of symbiontic microflora, bacteria, infusoria and microfungi. The article contains methodological instructive guidelines for studying a process of digestioning carbohydrates (cruder fibers) by ruminants.
