Values as an Object of State Youth Policy: A Political Science Analysis of the Effectiveness of Project Sessions

The article examines values as a key object of state youth policy in the context of digital transformation. The study is based on an interdisciplinary approach that combines political science and sociological perspectives, as well as political-administrative and comparative analysis. The empirical basis consists of project research sessions conducted by the Sociological Research Center “14–35” at Rosmolodezh forums in the summer of 2024, as well as a content analysis of digital communication in the Center’s Telegram channel. The use of facilitation, associative analysis, and group reflection made it possible to identify individualized interpretations of traditional values by the youth audience, highlight the risks of a governance gap between official transmission and youth perception of values, and demonstrate the potential of project sessions as a feedback tool. The results confirm the significance of values not only as an educational reference point but also as an indicator of the effectiveness of managerial decisions, making project sessions an innovative mechanism for integrating research and governmental practices.
