Education values in the discourse of a new paradigm

An attempt of theoretical and sociological understanding of modern education essence is made. A model of structuring a new educational paradigm is proposed. It is proved that new educational paradigm changes the objectives of educational activity and determines the values of education. The new paradigm is considered as a methodological basis of education management.
