The article is devoted to consideration of the values of the modern university as a corporate value. It is revealed the specificity of research and the organization of the values of different groups of the members of the corporation, as the specific communication communities. It is made the recommendations on the development of ethical codes of corporations as one of the main ways of successful deliberation of common corporate values of social organization.
