This article concentrates on the concept of organizational values and the need for their adaptation in international companies. The differences in values between national cultures are shown. The research on identification of the main values peculiar to Russia is considered. Thurthemore the need to adapt organization values and negative consequences in case of the absence of this procedure are shown on the examples of some companies.
