Values: concept, dynamics in the modern Russian society conditions

The article considers the essence of the concept «values». The connection of values and needs is underlined as well as the necessity to consider values in the interconnection with value consciousness and value behavior of a personality (a social group). On the basis of sociological research results analysis done by the scientists and by the author some aspects of value dynamics in the Russian society conditions are highlighted.
