Value and motivational meanings of social and economic reforming of social relations

In recent years, the intensive development of information and digital technologies, which accompanies the transformation of social relations, forms new requirements for professional competencies, knowledge and qualities of employees of enterprises and organizations. Almost always, with the growth of knowledge, skills, and, ultimately, with the professional competencies used in the labor process, the value-motivational meanings ofa person in the sphere ofproduction are associated. The value-motivational meanings ofsocial and economic reform of social relations are also currently characterized by changes that characterize the transition from a traditional society to an information-digital one. The article deals with the problems of interpretation the meanings of activity, value-motivational self-determination, value-semantic perception that encourages various professional and status groups of people to conscious creative activity, as well as factors that hinder the effectiveness of labor. Particular attention is paid to the model of value-motivational meanings of production and economic development, through which the value attitude of people to certain or projected social changes is revealed.
