Value orientations and motivations of Russian entrepreneurship

The article presents the dependency theory of entrepreneurship as a type of economic activity with its main task of creating social value on the motivations and values of entrepreneurs. The analysis of modern business values defines the dependencies and interrelationships of values, their influence on the actions and perceptions of entrepreneurs, as well as their transformation under the influence of external socio-cultural factors. The worldview and outlook of Russian businesspeople has been shaped over the centuries. Over this time, Russian entrepreneurship has developed an individual mentality, its own psychology and subculture, as well as uniform social technologies. The Russian entrepreneurial community is a unique and complex socio-cultural phenomenon that possesses an overall integrity and creativity with particular differences within itself The study of the entrepreneurship development of is of interest both to science and to modern Russian society as a whole. Defining and studying the basic values and motivations for the development of the entrepreneurial world will enable the application of the accumulated historical experience in the education of future business people and other specialists of the modern economy. The study was conducted by means of logical analysis by assessing the influence of factors on a particular phenomenon.
