Value attitudes of civil servants as a basis for increasing the efficiency of public administration: students' opinion

The article is devoted to the analysis of value attitudes of civil servants and the relationship with the efficiency of public administration. The authors present the main results of the study of the attitude of students to the efficiency of public administration, identified during the content analysis of students' essays. The article shows dependence of value attitudes of civil servants on the political, economic situation in the country, its cultural characteristics, and historical context. The aim of the study is to identify problem areas in the formation of value orientations of civil servants and give proposals for their correction to improve the efficiency of public administration.
