Valuable and purpose aspects of solidarity in the conditions of global transformation

In the paper the ratio between external and internal mechanisms of social regulation is analyzed. It is proved that in the current conditions the research of valuable and purpose aspects of social activity as major factors of a solidarization in society gains high prospects. The starting point of the presented study is the idea that global transformation processes not only do not enhance the solidarity of mankind, but also create a problem, precisely due to visible unification, not meaningful. The mechanisms of the interdependence of social institutions strengthen the dependence of political, economic and legal systems, but the direct process of solidifying global society is much more complicated. In this work, in the context of the goal-setting problem, an attempt is made to answer the question: how much are the modern processes of solidarity are determined by axiology.
