The article deals with pricing instruments of conflict management in trading systems. As price instruments are discounts and price promotions. Based on game-theoretic concepts shows the transformation of a conflict situation arising between producers and reseller in the relationship of mutually beneficial cooperation. Describes the engagement strategy of the manufacturer, the middleman and the consumer in the management of possible conflict situations in the trading systems.
