Price committees as a tool for management of social and economic processes through the cost

Having considered the genesis of the concept of «market value» (MV), based on research in mutual reflection, the authors reveal that MV is not a property of a particular object, is not a property of the market (as an environment in which objects are redistributed), but is a property of a social system. This allows authors to separate the notion of MV from a neoclassical ontology and to consider MV as an instrument that ensures the maintenance of the homeostasis of a social system. In the new ontology authors describe a new toolkit (price committees), which, uses the methodology of apprising and which allows to solve social and economic problems in open social systems.
