Relationship between regions and the centre in the context of contemporary Russian federalism (stages of development)

The article overviews specifics of relationship between the federal centre and regions under the conditions of the contemporary Russian federalism. On the basis of source material study the research collates and chronologically systematizes the complex process of relationship development of the different authority levels in Russia. The range of problems under consideration is of the many-sided nature and should be studied comprehensively.
