Technology transfer center as a form of developing innovative system of macroregional economy

The article deals with the main trends of the world innovative sphere development. The authors pointed out the peculiarities of the Russian innovative sphere development, the possibility of its positioning in the world economy. Peculiarities of innovative sphere development of macroregional economy complexes are determined. The technology transfer center is considered as an innovative system development form of macroregional economy in Volgograd region.
