The texts with private details of life and life values of writers, poets have always interested readers and critics, because they often reveal the most secret, personal thoughts. The article is devoted to the study of confessional texts of G. Flaubert, O. Wilde, F. Kafka. During the research the main questions that worried three authors throughout their lives were identified and the authors' answers to these questions were compared. It was concluded about common topics of diaries and peculiar inner feelings of writers that determined their ideas in the future much.
