The church theology in the period from the First till the Second Ecumenical Council (325–381)

The theological mainstreams in the period between the First and the Second Ecumenical Council are considered in this work. It is stated that although this period is usually characterized as the “age of Triadological (Trinitarian) discussions”, the main driving forces of the dogmatic polemic in this time were the questions of the Christology and Soteriology.
