Private property as basis of civil society

The problem questions of implementation of the private property law as the basis of civil society in the context of establishing of efficient and strong state are examined. The interconnection of the private property institution and development of a free active personality expressed in the world philosophical and political-legal studies is analyzed. The significance of the private property is researched through the institution of human and civil rights and liberties and through the economic component of a civil society.
