The incidence and severity of renal artery aterosclerosis in patientswith arterial hypertension first and degree of gravity

Angiography of the vessels of the kidneys in Russia to date has been carried out only in patients with refractory hypertension. In this context, the aim of our study is to determine the frequency and extent of atherosclerotic lesions of the renal arteries in people with 1-2 degrees of arterial hypertension. All conducted coronary arteriography and one-stage - renal arteriography. Was founded, that all patients with stenosis of renal arteries had a great experience of arterial hypertension and ischemic heart disease with hemodynamically significant coronary artery stenosis. The presence of renal artery stenosis does not correlate with the reliable increase of office and daily values of blood pressure.
