Chebolization in Russia: scale and risks

Under the influence of economic sanctions, a trend towards chaebolization has emerged in Russia - the consolidation of financial, commercial and industrial assets in one large business structure. The article is devoted to the scale of this process and its potential risks. It is concluded that the chaebolization model for the Russian economy in modern conditions can be justified, however, direct borrowing from foreign experience, in particular, the experience of South Korea, carries a number of risks.
