Human capital and its role in the modern world economy

This article examines the role of human capital in today's global economy. Human capital is becoming the main factor in the development of production, but so far there is no single way of measuring it. The article provides a ranking of countries with the highest index of human capital, as well as data about which of these countries have the highest level of GDP per capita. Also affected by the need for any country to create conditions conducive to the emergence of an increasing number of highly qualified personnel.
