Human capital and the effectiveness of its use in the regions of Siberia

The article analyzes the human capital of the Novosibirsk Region in comparison with the Kemerovo region and the Krasnoyarsk Territory by elements using statistical data on the life expectancy of the population at birth, the number of employed people and the number of registered crimes in the period from 2018 to 2022. The analysis also uses calculated indicators: the human capital index, the human capital development index and the human capital efficiency indicator. In conclusion, measures are proposed to improve the efficiency of the use of human capital and the level of its development.
