Human capital and the efficiency of employment

The article is devoted to the analysis of the relationship between human capital and employment efficiency, considered in the aspect of the correspondence between supply and demand in the labor market on the basis of professional qualification. Studies and statistics show the existence of an imbalance in the labor market, which speaks both about the quality of human capital and about the conditions and rationality of its use.
