Human capital as a factor of competitiveness of regional economy (on the example of Republic of Bashkortostan)

The article analyzes the human capital of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of such indicators as the standard of living of the population, average per capita income, and the level of education, the human development index of the Republic of Bashkortostan is calculated.
