Human capital in valuable orientations of students: methodology and diagnostic results

The difficulty of constructing methods for network diagnostics of values is due to the fact that the accumulated experience in measuring human capital is mainly carried out in various communities at the level of enterprises in the real sector of the economy, regions, and at the federal level, less often in educational institutions. The primary results of the application of the methodology for diagnosing value orientations concerning human capital among the students of the universities of Perm are presented. These results confirmed the assumptions put forward about the growth in the value of business qualities over the years of study at the university, which correlates with the socio-demographic characteristics of students (boys/girls, urban/rural residents, etc.); as you study at the university, the configuration of values in relation to the business qualities changes. Conclusions of a meaningful, methodological, and managerial nature are made about the prospects of network diagnostics of student values.
