The paper looks at the aspects of economic competition today. It discusses the creative function of the enterprise aimed at providing organizational changes. The types of cooperation are described. The organization is transformed in qualitative terms. The method of involving employees in the labor process and their place in production are changed. This, in turn, has become the main element when changing the technological way of life. This fact proves that the organization is both technologically and institutionally modified. The research focuses on new technologies and tools applied to transform internal institutions and the role of employees in the production system. The organization leaves behind the opportunity to restructure resources and starts to cooperate with the employees having different competencies. The research substantiates the role of human capital in achieving the competitiveness of the organization.
