Human capital in the system of related concepts

The article clarifies relationship between the concepts of human capital (HC), human potential (HP), human resources and labor potential. Human potential is treated as the most capacious concept with extended temporal and spatial scales, and contains not only implemented yet and but hidden features and quality. The evolution of economic schools views on the role of "human factor” in the socio-economic development of society is given.
