Human potential of modern youth on the example of UlSU students (Further study)

Nowadays it becomes obvious that human capital is one of the most valuable resources for society. In this regard, the General opinion was that the effectiveness of the development of the economy of modern States to a large extent depends on how much money it invests in its citizens. Taking this into account, human capital in all developed countries is already determining the pace of economic development and scientific and technological progress. Human capital will act as a driving force for more effective and fruitful development of Russian society. Consequently, the importance of human development cannot be overestimated. Therefore, issues and problems related to human development need great attention and effective and extensive work in this direction. Today, the state provides all kinds of support to talented young people, young families, professionals in various fields, thereby contributing to the development of human potential, both individuals and the country as a whole. The authors continue to study the components of human potential as components of human capital. The paper reveals the urgency of studying the topic of formation and further development of categories of human potential, as well as the concepts of some selected aspects of human potential. The authors conduct further research of the level of human potential of students of Ulyanovsk State University on individual components, as well as in their totality. On the basis of the collected survey and subsequently analyzed source information the authors make conclusions about the static and dynamic indicators of human potential of students during the first two years of study. Some explanations of the observed changes in the studied group of indicators are also given. The paper discusses the impact on the human potential of students on its effective formation and development, which has an impact on the whole state. The authors identify the scope of further application of the information obtained in the course of the study, as well as the criteria by which the human potential can be considered sufficiently formed and mature for the country's economy.
