Human resource as factor for economic growth

The article is devoted to the problem of human resource management in the conditions of social and economic changes. The present-day state in the personnel management in organisations of the Republic of Mordovia, problems, arising in the course of new personnel technologies application, approaches to this problem solving are considered in the article.
