In the course of the study, the role of implementation personnel in hotel services is determined. The article considers the competitiveness of the hotel enterprise from the effective organization of labor. As an organization of the hotel's competitive advantage, a competence-based approach to personnel management was proposed. The increasing role of the worker is put in the center of attention, the analysis of problems is carried out.
