Human development and labor potential analysis in the Kyrgyz Republic

The article addresses the problem of human development and analysis of labor potential in the Kyrgyz Republic. The author points out the low level of education and the shortage of highly qualified specialists. The potential of the workforce in Kyrgyzstan is surveyed, with the identification of negative and positive trends in the labor market. The article concludes with findings within the scope of the research.
