A man in the face of absurd: the issue of existential choice in ALBERT camus philosophy

The article is devoted to the issue of existential choice in literary and philosophical works of A. Camus. The author offers the analysis of the phenomenon of choice as an existential challenge in the context of the realities filling single human existence: death, freedom, loneliness, alienation, love, absurd and rebellion. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of specific circumstances of individual life choices in the universal existential situation of a man of the XXth century.
