Human being in state, municipal government and public: methodology of metaphysical research

The article describes the positive and negative consequences of scientific and technological progress, which began in the mid-twentieth century. The axiomatic, conceptual apparatus and peculiarities of metaphysical research methodology are outlined and applied to the state, municipal government and public self-government. The aims, features and peculiarities of state, municipal government and public self-government are disclosed.
