Human-centricity as a vector of development of modern state and municipal management

Modern approaches to public and municipal management require the introduction of new approaches. The human-centricity model is best suited to the current conditions. The actions of the authorities must meet the expectations of society and meet the needs of citizens. This article examines the development trends and the experience of implementing the human-centricity model in the public sector. The interrelation of economic and social aspects of human-centricity is revealed.
