Fourth measurement and time

The imaginary axis is taken as the angle of rotation. The concept of a complex axis consisting of the combined real and imaginary axes is introduced. Three complex axes form a complex space in which a four-dimensional subspace can be distinguished. Time is given by the reference motion, for which the rotation of the Earth is assumed. Time is determined by the angle of rotation of the standard, the rotation is continuous.
