The interaction of four monochromatic waves in counter pumping waves scheme and with allowance for thermal and resonant nonlinearities is investigated within the limits of the scalar theory. Dependence of the object wave amplitude module on a thickness of a nonlinear layer under condition of temperature invariance on sides of a nonlinear layer is obtained. The angular selectivity of four-wave converter is investigated.
