Numerical investigation into seasonal variations of the global neutral-wind system in the Earth's middle atmosphere

The earlier developed numerical model of the neutral wind three-dimensional system in the low and middle atmosphere is applied to calculate the large-scale circulation of the Earth's atmosphere for conditions of four different seasons. The findings of the modeling reveal that the horizontal inhomogeneity of the atmospheric temperature different in different seasons essentially influences the global circulation of the middle atmosphere, specifically the formation of circumpolar vortices in the Northern and Southern hemispheres.
