Numerical modeling of longitudinal vibrations in dispersive mediums

The aim of the paper is a numerical investigation of the Showalter - Sidorov problem for degenerate Boussin-esq - Löve equation, as well as numerical study of the Cauchy problem for non-degenerate Boussinesq - Löve equation in one-dimensional case. The phase space method and the Galerkin method were used during research.
