A program for calculating the first two lower molecular distribution functions close to one and two limiting impervious surfaces on the basis of free software was developed. The numerical experiment was involved to verify agreement of theoretical models to field experiment with multiparameter conditions. Combining of full-scale and numerical experiments can make new robust algorithms for calculation of nanoscale structures.
