Numerical analysis of the eigenfrequency and static stress radial wheel of power turbomachine

Бесплатный доступ

Turbomachine radial impellers are complex rotating machine parts that are critical parts for determining component durability and safety. Structural damage is caused by vibration, tearing off one or more blades. The requirement for structural integrity is often at odds with lightweight construction and high aerodynamic efficiency. So, in the design process the problem of study the strength and reliability of radial rotor blades from stresses and eigenfrequency of radial rotor blades of power turbomachines is very important. And when designing a radial blade disk, many numerical and experimental tests are carried out. Testing requires a lot of effort on test benches and samples. That strength calculations and computer modeling of technical processes are relevant at the design and refinement stages. These calculations make it possible to significantly reduce the amount of expensive experimental research and reduce the design time.
