Members of governing bodies of commercial partnership as subjects of criminal legal and civil legal liability for corruption offences

The authors, based on a comprehensive and complex analysis of certain provisions of civil law in terms of legal regulation of commercial partnership and some provisions of criminal law providing liability for corruption offenses in the private sphere, define the significant indications of a special subject of crimes covered by Article 201 and Article 204 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and study some peculiarities of civil law liability of members of governing bodies of commercial partnership for harm caused by corruption offences. In addition, analysis of civil law and criminal law liability of these subjects, taking into account the given state of corruption in this field, allowed the authors to formulate some directions for improving both civil and criminal legislation.
