What prevents students from entering the labor market? Analysis of internal barrier factors

The entry of young specialists into the labor market is currently hampered by several factors. Among such factors, one can single out personal requirements for employers of more recent students, which are slightly overstated. The results of the study, the purpose of which was to identify significant factors, are presented. The factors that, according to the students themselves, are significant in employment were identified.
