The Chuvash state philharmonic in the history of the Chuvash Republic culture (in the war years)

The article touches the problem of the Chuvash state Philharmonic workers’ contribution to the formation of public consciousness, moral and psychological mood of the population during the Great Patriotic War. The significant access increase to the archives, the study of new materials allowed exploring the activities of artists in the war years objectively and comprehensively and making evidence-based conclusions. Most of the materials presented in the study are from the archival sources, including the funds that fail to be properly studied.
