Foreign genetic information as possible cause of embrionic mortality in pigs

The authors determined DNA contents in killed and native spermatozoa after different incubation conditions and evaluated the insemination degree by native semen under the influence of different solvents. It was shown, that the safety of the nuclease activity of the semen plasma at the pig insemination decrease number of late return. It means perhaps there is the increase of the embryo survival because the prevention of a foreign genetic information transfer into ovocytes at fertilization by spermatozoa.
