Digital literacy as a factor in the development of the region’s human capital in the context of digitalization

The article analyzes the level of digital literacy of the population from 2018 to 2024. The main components of the digital literacy index, its values by federal districts, by age, by gender. The relevance of this article is due to the need to increase the level of digital literacy of the population in the era of digitalization. Modern realities require us to be able to adapt to new conditions, this applies not only to the professional sphere, where digital skills are becoming key, but also to personal life, where the quality of our communication, decision-making and access to necessary resources depend on proper information management. The digital literacy index is becoming one of the indicators of human development in the region.
