Цифровая инклюзивность для развития экономики

Статья посвящена указанию значимости обеспечения инклюзивности в применении ИКТ (цифровой инклюзивности) для повышения уровня экономического развития страны. Как показывает анализ данных, уровень экономического развития выше в тех странах, где инклюзивность в применении ИКТ выше. Это позволяет утверждать, что обеспечение цифровой инклюзивности, находящее отклик в росте количества платежей, осуществленных в цифровом режиме, в увеличении количества товаров и услуг, приобретенных онлайн, в итоге, содействуют увеличению валового внутреннего продукта на душу населения. Итак, действия, направленные на сокращение степени разрыва между богатыми и бедными, наблюдаемого при платежах, осуществляемых в цифровом режиме, на устранение при этом неравенства между жителями сельских местностей и городскими жителями, на приспособление электронного контента к местным жителям и прочие подобные меры, приводят к развитию экономики. Наряду с этим, принятия этих мер может быть недостаточным, поскольку на уровень развития экономики влияют и другие факторы.

Digital inclusion for the development of the economy
The article is devoted to indicating the importance of ensuring an inclusion in the ICT use (digital inclusion) for an increase of the development level of the economy. As data analysis shows, economy’s development level is higher in those countries where inclusion in ICT use is higher. This makes it possible to say, that ensuring the digital inclusion, which is reflected in increase of the number of digital payments and the number of online purchases made, ultimately leads to an increase in GDP per capita. So, actions aimed at reducing the degree of the gap between rich and poor observed in digital payments, eliminating inequalities between residents of rural areas and urban residents, tailoring electronic content to local residents and other similar measures lead to economic development. Along with it, the adoption of these measures can be not sufficient, as there are also another factors affecting the level of the development of the economy.
