Digital economy and education system as factors of human capital development

The article analyzes the provision of flexibility of human capital for the needs of the economy as one of the main factors of innovative development in education. The article explains the role of the market economy needs in professional training of personnel in educational activities aimed at forming ideas about the real economy in education and the introduction of digital literacy.
