Digital economy as an engine of innovation

This paper defines the concept of the digital economy and highlights its advantages at the present stage. The article analyzes the main indicators of the digital economy development in Russia in comparison with other countries of the world. In conclusion, a conclusion is formed about the effectiveness of the digital economy in Russia.
