«Sharenting» as a form of violation of a child’s right to privacy: the essence and prospects of regulation

The article describes the essence of the means of regulation (ethics, etiquette and law) of the sphere of private life. Various variants of their interaction are considered: competition, cooperation, conflict. It is concluded that the law in many cases must support the functioning of non-legal social regulators (ethics, etiquette), protect what is voluntarily accepted by society and respected by individuals.
