Digital competence of the student

This article notes that "digital competence" is a complex integrative phenomenon that evaluates human life functions in many areas of modern information technology society and combines its integral parts: skills, abilities, knowledge. For effective practice, "digital competence" displays social and personal characteristics in any industry, as well as shows the seriousness and reliability in various endeavors in the computer network.
