Digital transformation of the service sphere in the CIS participant countries

The article discusses approaches to understanding the digital transformation of the economy, with the main emphasis on the digital transformation of the service sector. The analysis of the legislation of the CIS member states, as well as the model legislation of the commonwealth, affecting the digitalization of various fields of activity, was carried out. The author's view of the basic provisions that should be included in the model legislation of the CIS member states in the field of digital transformation of the service sector is presented.
